Residents in the former Gosford LGA can pay their rates and water bills securely using either a Visa or MasterCard.

You will not need to login to access these services - simply click the appropriate option from the menu on the left.

To complete the payment, residents will need their water or rates assessment number, which is located on the top right hand side of your bill.

Multiple rates and water accounts can be paid within one transaction by selecting 'Pay multiple accounts' from the menu on the left.

Conveyancers and solicitors:

Conveyancers and solicitors can use this portal to order and pay for certificates and documents relating to property in the former Gosford LGA.

Access to these services requires a login. To sign up for a free account, you will need to complete this form. A request will then be processed and your account information sent to you within five business days of receiving the completed form.

Important information for customers:

Refunds issued for cancelled online orders attract a refund processing fee ($32.00), which will be deducted from the overall transaction refund amount.

This fee does not apply if the refund is a result of a system or network fault with the e-Services site or related systems.
